Using Merge Fields in Creator Emails

Within GatorCreator you have merge fields and dynamic content which you can use to improve your email design and make it more personal for the recipient.
This article will explain how to use the varieties of dynamic content.

Expand or collapse content Event Merge Fields

If you select 'Event Merge Fields' you will be able to insert dynamic information. For example, 'Manager Name'.

 

You can add multiple event merge fields if you like.

Expand or collapse content Contact Attributes

You can easily insert contact attribute fields which pull through a variety of data for use in your email.

 

Expand or collapse content Campaign Merge Fields

These merge fields are set within your campaign set up dashboard, and a pre-made fields for your use that relates specifically to this campaigns content.

 

Please make sure to always TEST your emails merge fields/dynamic content before sending out.

Use the Campaign Send Test function, NOT the Test Centre in the Creator Design Centre.
