Contact Summary Tab

Insight into the Summary Tab.

  1. You can see the email address at the top of the summary.
  2. Last 5 Activities shows the last 5 activities the contact undertook on campaigns they were sent.
  3. Last 5 Campaigns shows the last 5 campaigns the contact was sent.
  4. Here you can see any address information for the contact at a glance.
  5. This is a visual scale of their activity based off of Hot or Cold, blue or red.
  6. This shows the preferences of the contact.
  7. This is the contacts Deliverability Status. If they are undeliverable it will say so here.
  8. This shows the Devices Used by the contact.
  9. To export contact information click here to generate an excel file containing the data.
