If someone replies to the sender email address as it is not setup as a mailbox the message cannot be retrieved. Unfortunately this is not something that can be changed due to the way bounce manager works.The only thing we can do is recommend you put “if you wish to reply to this email please contact [email protected]” within your email as well as having a reply to address set.
