Groups / Workflow - You can now use the "Most Recent" contact fields in Groups and Workflows with date checks.  For example, you can add a rule into the group to exclude anyone who has received an email within the last 24 hours.  This includes MostRecentEmailSentDate, MostRecentEmailOpenDate, MostRecentEngagementDate, and MostRecentBounceDate.
