MSCRM needs to be configured to use the correct URL, username, and password for CommuniGator. If the login is entered incorrectly or is ever changed, the MSCRM settings need to be updated.

Note: This can only be done by someone with Administrator rights in MSCRM.

Setting -> Administrator -> User, then each user that requires access to Gator will need to update their password.
