How to Export a Group's Details to CSV
Here you will be able to export an audience group to Excel as a CSV file.
This enables you to keep documentation external from CommuniGator which has details of the contacts in a specific group.
Audience - Groups
Go to Audience -> Groups and select the group you need to export.
- Once you have opened the group click on 'Refresh' in the 'included contacts' section. (This will include all contacts whether they are in the included groups section, or have been added by a rule)
- Click on 'Export'. This will then download the CSV for you to open and review.
