Zoho CRM Integration with GatorMail

CommuniGator's integration with Zoho CRM Enterprise provides an active sync of person data between the two systems, meaning there is no need to upload data via csv files and all click-through activity will automatically pass back to Zoho CRM.  This allows the use of CommuniGator advanced groups, campaigns and the  automation suite whilst ensuring that campaign activity is passed back to CRM for reporting purposes.

Audience segmenting is carried out in CommuniGator by using the GatorMail Group Builder in order to target people based on information you have about them.  This data is fed from Zoho CRM by using a master mapping set that's discussed in the next section.

See How to create a group based on rules and Creating a campaign

What data is synchronised? Field Mappings

What data is synchronised? Field Mappings

CommuniGator will not sync all of the fields that are held in Zoho CRM.  For each person that is synced to GatorMail, there is a set of master mappings which will be used to transfer only the data that you choose.  These are found in CommuniGator under 'Tools - Integration - Mappings' and new mappings may be created for both leads and contacts based on the fields that you plan to use for segmentation and / or personalisation.  For more information on carrying out field mappings please see Mapping fields between your CRM and CommuniGator using Integration Mappings

By mapping data in this area, you are then able to use the GatorMail Group Builder in order to segment your leads and contacts into mailing groups based on any of your chosen field mappings.
