Exporting Contacts
A contact export button exists on the contact select screen and in the contact maintenance screen below
Export Notifications
When the export file has been created you will be sent an email notifying your export is ready and an in application popup.
You can download the file via the export management screen under ‘Exports’ in top right hand menu next to the help button.
The download is an excel file that holds tabs:
- Contact Information
- Consent Information Confirmed Opt In (COI)
- Campaigns you were sent as a contact
The individual contact exports are kept for 2 days in the export management screen before automatically being removed.
