Creating a Dropdown List for Form Webcaptures
This article details how to create a dropdown list in a webcapture form.
This can be done in the 'iFrame Web Capture' and 'Form Web Capture' under Tools -> Webcapture.

Creating your Business Object/Contact Field
- To create your business object, select 'Audience' -> 'Contact Fields'.
- Input your Attribute Name and Display Name for the field. The Attribute name won't be displayed to customers, so can be named however you wish. We do recommend though that they are the same for simplicities purpose.
- Make sure the Data Type is set as 'Dropdown'.
- Paste in a list of countries separated by commas. In this example we have used a country list. For your convenience we have supplied a standard country list which you can copy and paste out:

Creating the Form Field
- Select the 'Form Field' tab.
- Then select the contact field you created as a dropdown.
- You can also select the drop down filter from the left to show only fields that are drop down types.
