    All clicks is a reporting tool to show you the click breakdown for all time, or a single campaign, over hours, days, weeks, months or years. It will show you the popular times for click activity in the time period selected.

    Reporting - Activity Reports

    Activity Reports allows you to run a report based on....

    Campaign comparison report. Manually select the campaigns that you would like to review / compare the performance of. E.g. to spot trends in the performance of your monthly news letter

    Campaign periodic reporting. Manually select the campaigns that you would like to review the performance of in any chosen time period. E.g. review the performance of your lead nurture programme in any given month

    Campaign activity report. Select the period you would like to report your total email activity in (including totals) e.g. All email campaigns last month

    Survey periodic reporting. Manually select the surveys that you would like to review the performance of in any chosen time period.

    Once the report is created you can then create a scheduled notification to email out the report to chosen recipient at a set time frequency, Click here to find out more on how to create a scheduled notification.

  • The mappings tab allows you to add new as well as edit previous mappings that you would like to bring across from your CRM System.

    How to Restart the Integration Service

    This needs to be done by someone with access to the Server where the Integration is held, this is usually the CRM Server.

  • SalesForce needs to be configured to use the correct URL, username, and password for CommuniGator. If the login is entered incorrect or is ever changed, the SalesForce settings need to be updated.

  • ACT! needs to be configured to use the correct URL, username, and password for CommuniGator. If the login is entered incorrectly or is ever changed, the ACT! settings need to be updated.

    This is updated in the config file which can be found in the following location:

    C:\Program Files\ACT\Act for Windows\Plugins

    And should be called:

    CommConfig.xml

    The username and password needs to be corrected in the file and then the file put back, if you are unsure about editing your config file please forward the file and your username and password to Support, who can do this for you.

  • MSCRM needs to be configured to use the correct URL, username, and password for CommuniGator. If the login is entered incorrectly or is ever changed, the MSCRM settings need to be updated.

    Note: This can only be done by someone with Administrator rights in MSCRM.

    Setting -> Administrator -> User, then each user that requires access to Gator will need to update their password.

  • Sage CRM needs to be configured to use the correct URL, username, and password for CommuniGator. If the login is entered incorrectly or is ever changed, the Sage CRM settings need to be updated.

    Note: This can only be done by someone with Administrator rights in Sage CRM.

    To update the login details follow the steps below within Sage CRM...

    1. Click "Administration" on the left hand menu.

    2. Click "Advanced Customisation".

    3. Click "System Menus".

    4. Click "MainMenu" from the Tab Group Name list.

    5. Select CommuniGator and the properties on the right hand side will show the URL Name.

    6. It is this URL that contains the username and password. Here is an example...

    This URL is basically split up into 4 sections...

    • The URL - How the product is accessed, update if necessary.
    • The Username (uid) - The username to login to the product, update if necessary.
    • The Password (pid) - The password to login to the product, update if necessary.
    • The Tab ID (tabid) - The tab ID you visit after login. Default is 54 which is the Campaign screen. Recommend this is left as is.

    7. After you have altered the settings click "Update".

    8. Click "Save".

    9. The next time you try to access CommuniGator it should work fine. If not, the details changed were incorrect and you need to repeat the process again.

  • Sage SalesLogix needs to be configured to use the correct URL, username, and password to allow the auto login from CRM to CommuniGator to work. If the login is entered incorrectly or is ever changed, the Sage SalesLogix settings need to be updated.

    To update the login details follow the steps below within Sage CRM...

    1. From within SalesLogix click the "CommuniGator" (aka "Sage E-Marketing") menu item.

    2. Click "Sage E-Marketing Config".
