What are Opens? How do I see the total opens?
Opens are a statistic which informs you how many people opened your email.
However, many devices now open emails automatically so this figure does have a margin of error associated with it.
In your campaign results you will see the number of Opens.
You will also see this represented visually against clicks on the graph.
