February 2021 Maintenance Update
At Spotler we're constantly enhancing your marketing automation experience by making improvements from customer feedback.
Below are the links to each individual product launch, as well as the 3 highlighted Product Updates.
1. CRM Credentials Manager
Admin can be a tedious job, so to take some of the weight off, we have added into your SSO the ability to manage your CRM Credentials, meaning you no longer need to log a ticket with Support. We have also added a new email alert to notify you when your credentials will need updating, minimising the potential down time. This area is accessible for Company Admins in SSO, by going to the Account Menu and selecting "My Company", and navigating to the CRM Credentials tab.
2. New Gator AI
With the Gator AI tool becoming indispensable to many, we have decided to give it a facelift in both style and substance. The new infrastructure will allow for many more exciting features to be added, with a new interface coming as soon as next month. Keep your eyes peeled!
3. Events Enhancements
The webcam wave is the new handshake, so with that in mind we have decided to rejig the Events tool for all your e-meet needs! One enhancement to speak of is the new functionality to edit the Field Labels in your Events form, as shown above. You can familiarise yourself with the full list of updates in the Release Notes.
